OUR BREWERY IS SMALL, BUT TASTE OF OUR BEERS ARE RESOLVED AS A LARGE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA.

About our breer
We brew pilsner-type beers, buy malt in Bohemia and Moravia and also use Bavarian caramel and chocolate malts. We brew bottom-fermented beer from Czech hops and top-fermented beer from citra and cascade from the USA. Our beers store in a dark room at a temperature of 5 - 7 degrees Celsius. All our beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized and therefore bring an authentic experience of the original recipe. Ask the staff how to properly store beers that you can take home from us.
Beer - light draft 10Alcohol content: 4% vol.
A beer of fine hops taste with balanced bitterness suitable for meeting friends.
Beer - light lager 11alcohol content 4.4 vol.
Classic Czech lager with a balanced taste and higher bitterness. Hopped by Žatecký poloraný červeňák, which gives beer a pleasant aroma.
Beer - light lager 12Alcohol content: 5% vol.
For lovers of Pilsen type brew, which we usually cook three times a week.
Beer - Dark Special 13Alcohol content: 5.6% vol.
Beer with caramel and chocolate flavor after roasted and caramel malt.
Special Beer - Adler Ale 14Alcohol content: 6% vol.
Strongly fermented beer with refreshing fruity flavors, supplied by special American hops.
Special Beer - Adler Wheat 16Alcohol content: 6,5 % vol.
Upper fermented beer with beautiful straw color and a wide variety of aromatic tones and flavors. For lower hop content, this beer is also popular with supporters of less bitter beers.
Special Beer - Adler Wheat 12Alcohol content: 5.1% vol.

Special Beer - Adler Ginger 13Beer strong. Alcohol content 5,5% vol.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, hop products, ginger. Not filtered, not pasteurized. Store in a cool and dark place at 6-8 °C. Sediment is not a defect. A quality beer base and fresh ginger are a prerequisite for a very pleasant beer with a fruity touch.
Beer special - Adler IPA 15alcohol content 6.2%
Beer from American and New Zealand hops with amber color, mandarin aroma and very pleasant bitterness on the taste.
